Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! Most of our customers do. Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. A $7.50 return fee will be deducted unless you choose store credit, in which case the fee is waived. Exchange Policy

Sometimes plans change, and we totally get that! We are happy to accommodate exchange requests as long as the order has not been dropped off with the carrier. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at contact@swaddlean.com with your order details.

All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Damage/Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or developed a defect within 3 months from the delivery date, we are here to help. Please send a photo of the defect and your receipt to contact@swaddlean.com within 7 days of delivery.
