SwaddleAn uses Standard Shipping option for most orders. Item will be delivered within 4-7 business days (for US domestic) and 5-10 business days (for international) after production is completed.

Please note:

1. More than 97% of packages arrive on schedule. Delays may occur due to severe weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.
2. For express shipping, contact the Modify or Cancel Order Center.
3. Modification orders may extend production time by 1-2 days.
4. Include the full address with zip code to avoid delivery issues.
5. A tracking number will be emailed when your order is dispatched.
6. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery information to prevent delays.
7. Fill in your address completely to avoid returned packages.

Possible reasons for late delivery include:

• Incorrect address
• Missing apartment or unit number
• Severe weather conditions
• International customs procedures

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! Most of our customers do. Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. A $7.50 return fee will be deducted unless you choose store credit, in which case the fee is waived. Sometimes plans change, and we totally get that! We are happy to accommodate exchange requests as long as the order has not been dropped off with the carrier. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at contact@swaddlean.com with your order details.

Damage/Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or developed a defect within 3 months from the delivery date, we are here to help. Please send a photo of the defect and your receipt to contact@swaddlean.com within 7 days of delivery.
